Cliniserve combines not only work with fun, but also colleagues with friendship. For us it is very important that everyone feels as a part of the team and is integrated from day 1.
Beside many teamevents during the year, our highlight is the Offsite. Every year in automn we have our Offsite where we leave our Office in Munich to work at another location and grow together as a team.
This year we spent 3 days together in Austria at an amazing location with a stunning mountain view.
During the day we had various motivating and inspiring workshops about the vision of Cliniserve, our values, our hybrid Office, about our ideas for improvement for the future and many more! The workhsops very very interactive and everyone was asked for their opinion. We learned a lot about us as a team and collected many ideas how we can improve our collaboration at Cliniserve in the future.
What we definitely realized is that digital meetings can not replace meetings and workshops in person. Therefore, we decided to organize a workshop day in december and talk about our gaols for the next quarter in person.
Between the workshops we had different team challenges. For this, we divided our team into 2 groups of 8 people each at the beginning of the offsite. Team "Clinisurfer" and Team "Walrus" were born. The two teams competed against each other in a total of 6 tricky challenges in which each team could collect points.
The aim was to get to know each other better and to strengthen the team spirit in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. One of the challenges was a course where the aim was not to lose the ball that was lying on a ring. Everyone had to take one of the strings attached to the ring. The course was finished when everyone in the team had gone around all the caps on the ground without losing the ball.
For another challenge, we collected personal items from each team member. Then each group had to find out which item belonged to whom. This was not so easy, as everyone tried to choose an item that belonged to a hobby or interest that most of the colleagues did not know about.
After the first workshops in the morning, we were able to recharge our batteries with good food and conversation. Although it rained a lot in between, the sun came out every day just in time for lunch.
We prepared the food together in cooking teams of 2-4 people. Even though it was challenging to cook for 16 people, the food tasted great and it was fun to cook together.
A special highlight was the large whirlpool on the terrace of the house, where we could enjoy some drinks in the evening. The 2 saunas in the house provided even more of a feel-good atmosphere, inviting us to relax after a long day of workshops.
All in all, we had 3 productive and fun days in Austria and took home great memories. We are already looking forward to next year!
After completing my Bachelor's degree in European Studies with a focus on Sociology at the University of Passau, I was able to gain initial experience in the field of HR & Recruiting through an internship. In my master's degree in business administration, I then focused on HR management. As a working student in HR & Recruiting at Cliniserve, I am always on the lookout for committed people who share our vision of relieving the burden of care through digitalisation!
